Final out of the comfort zone ...

So! Last week I delivered my car, which means for me that I adopted me about my diet and strict training schedule now wheeled out of the comfort zone have ...
The good thing in that the car is not out of reach and access in an absolute emergency I have to that is. My situation allows me to give up my car.
I live in a city for weeks, and buy only by foot.

There is the sum of F = fat KH: = carbohydrates and E: = protein which I have taken on the day to me. And the primary energy source of the day as high carb = carbohydrate rich and low carb = carbohydrate
Further I have noted if I was on the day überkalorisch (under) or unterkalorisch (underneath) of my respective maintenance levels.
very good to see here is that I have reduced high-carb days for 2 weeks well and only every 10 days make a überkalorischen day. But that is a high-carb Day. My goal that I have set myself 2 weeks to try my body fat is to cut as deep as possible without losing too much lean body mass. Runs pretty well so far ...
If I lose too much weight in too short a time, I still have the option every 5 days extracharge High Carb days unterkalorisch installed. To consider

Bin was moved this morning from my mother to Löf station where our starting point was for the second stage.
After Welcome and impulse is the way it went first to Hatzenport in the St Roch church with adjacent landscaped herb garden.

Mosel first Camino 09/19/2010 Days


Bin early morning at 8:00 clock walk from home to pride rock. On the way I bought myself a sandwich.


Once in Stolzenfels I met on the first pilgrims. In the church we got Mena unserern first pilgrims to temples for our Credencial. After the obligatory pilgrimage blessing it was to Mercury Temple, Pastor path until chicken box.







There we made a long break at Rosi's traveling office.







We went in fine and dry weather (when traveling angels), continue over to Naßheck Bleidenberg where we visited the Holy Trinity Church.

Danch it was on to alkene where we received after visiting the parish church of St. Michael in the Cafe Becker our second pilgrimage temple. In Löf we parted ways, because I found no shelter. And went back to Koblenz.
summary of the day:
  • a wonderful organized Pilgertag with pulse doses at the intervals
  • a harmonious group was underway.
  • a great weather which was given to us
