Due to the request of some friends, I added to my training plan nor a column under the relevant training.
There is the sum of F = fat KH: = carbohydrates and E: = protein which I have taken on the day to me. And the primary energy source of the day as high carb = carbohydrate rich and low carb = carbohydrate
Further I have noted if I was on the day überkalorisch (under) or unterkalorisch (underneath) of my respective maintenance levels.
very good to see here is that I have reduced high-carb days for 2 weeks well and only every 10 days make a überkalorischen day. But that is a high-carb Day. My goal that I have set myself 2 weeks to try my body fat is to cut as deep as possible without losing too much lean body mass. Runs pretty well so far ...
