Over the years, I was able to make the main cause for the failure identified. I have watched many friends and colleagues and analyzes their actions. I was the recognition that it is enough to set themselves a target. Everything else would happen by itself. But despite goal I have seen many people who have failed anyway. Initially, they are upbeat and put their plans into action. But weeks or months later they have become lazy and have given up the plan.
